This place is rare. Amazing breakfast with a different menu that you'll just find here. All dishes are well prepared, tasty and well served. Coffee is also good. One of my favourites in Melbourne.
I had the asparagus and eggs ; which was one of the cheapest brekkie items at $14. Fresh and green, flavorful and decently filling. Great space to bring friends and family for a nice interesting meal
Place is hidden in the centre of the city . The interior is vintage/hipster looking but the bathroom is clean and modern. This place is lovely and warm. The staff is very helpful and friendly .
The white chocolate + berries ganache with the almond crusted french toast : damn!! Also, the UPMA has an interesting pickled lime thing going on. A big yet cozy space , perfect for an early morning.
Home made duck prosciutto was excellent. So too the 'Da Sud' with chorizzo and poached egg . Great coffee in a hidden laneway.
I like that it's hidden and not many people know about this place (until now)! There's always tables available
For some seriously divine coffee , the brekkie roll is out of the world and the vibes
I came back for breakfast and tried the special: Corn fritters with salmon and poached eggs . Easily the best breakfast I've had in the CBD. Sensational.
Cosy & trendy cafe with ample sitting spaces.
Excellent service , delicious, filling, well-presented dishes and good coffee . Nevertheless, a tad on the expensive side - not quite value for money .
Tasty coffee , and the bacon & waffles with fried egg was very good.
I disagree with the comment about a boring breakfast menu . Very exciting options, good coffee , and friendly service !
Awfully simple breakfast menu that is a tad boring in all honesty. Good coffee with beans from proud Mary . However not the best. Come for their lunch instead.
Location is fantastic... good espresso and typical Melbourne brunch feeds.
The best hot chocolate I tasted so far
Ocean trout with a poached egg on crumpet , and a side of beetroot salad . Very small serve for $19.
Great space. French toast is amazing.
Keep Krimper in mind when you're looking for a civilized place for Friday night drinks. It's the only night they stay open.
Hidden cafe gem of Melbourne
Back alley location, amazing interior, great coffee and lattes
Beef bulgogi eggs benedict is okay. Wait time for food to be served during weekend is quite long
Cured fish , eggs and corn fritters . Good architecture magazines too
The prawn salad with creamy avocado and mayonnaise is simply divine!
good coffee in a hidden Melbourne CBD alley way
I love this space. Serving Proud Mary coffee . The menu looked good.
Nicely hidden away with cool interior - the sodas from mineral springs are nice
The duck breakfast dish was fabulous!
Excellent food and service! Definitely will be back!!
Coffee time @Krimper! Still hungry ? Follow me on my instagram @vanessagnes_
Freshly squeezed OJ was some of the best.
Great place with a very good burger !
Wagyu burger cooked medium (nice) but chips were soggy :( shame!
Brekkie & lunch recommended by The Melbourne Mag
Fantastic!!
Atmosphere is cosy, food portion is filling but it felt like they load the dishes up with bags of salt! *_*
breakfast/lunch, best in burger
Mushroom scram. Do it
Meh. Putting a handful of frozen chicken nuggets in a burger bun and calling it a 'karaage burger ' is disingenuous. Was once a much better place.
Great space
Food not that great. Wait is unnecessarily long. Wouldn't exactlly choose to come back.
Fabulous baked eggs. Sinfully rich hot chocolate. Friendly staff. Quick service. - Ariel G
Try to sit at the bar or outside. It can have a long wait. Egg dish with shrimp. Anything with a slice of bread. Tuna nicoise salad was perfect. - Jeff Weinstein
Delicious lemonade and sandwiches. Lots of windows and you can get your hair cut too. - Sara Taylor
The coffee is great. I like the choc peanut butter donut! I love bourbon, but I'm not a fan of the bourbon glazed donut. - Nicholas Chu
Hawaian food at Wednesday winter night markets was just divine! And top quality profiteroles with warm chocolate sauce from another stall for dessert, yummy! - Gabriela Guimarães
Good shopping, places to eat and cinema! Great place to go right in the heart of the CBD - Ali Cotter
