Nice cosy place for a Sunday lunch with plenty of choice, traditional Sunday roast and vegetarian option , although they don't do veggie gravy which is a shame. Nice real ales .
Ale and roast is what you are smelling. Kick it off with gin and tonic and feel lucky you are in Britain!
Good pub food , at Richmond prices (aka expensive ). £14 for a decent Sunday roast , albeit not mind-blowing. Brownie is a winner though!
A proper English evening with cricket in the Green. If only they filled your pint to the top..
Very pleasant , quick service and nice outside setting for when it's warmer opposite kew green.
Good fish and chips and the Wandle Pale Ale is a treat.
Food is good. Last time we were there, service was bad, but it's usually not bad, and the beer is well kept and interesting.
In summer, sit on the terrace and watch the cricket on the green.
While drinks we’re quite good I would avoid food. Steak and burgers were both very sub par and led to digestion issues :/
Good food and cozy atmosphere !
If it gets busy, service really suffers
Was very disappointed with the Greek Salad on the specials board today. Stick to the Chicken Caesar salad and you won't go wrong here!
The Timothy Taylor's is delucious
Too overpriced for what it was, good location but that's about it
Don't bother with the food. It was a quiet Wednesday night, waited for over an hour, no apology, and unhelpful staff
Avoid!!! Grumpy service. Cold food. Grumpy service. Got served desert BEFORE meal. Oh and did I mention grumpy service?! Avoid!
Excellent ale selection. Perfect for a lunch before Kew Gardens. - Shane Boyle
My local, right on the Thames, great in the summer & open fires in the winter. Good selection of ales - Will Mills
Omg the sharing roast platters... to die for! Make sure you book for a garden spot.. - Carlotta Colkin
A lovely autumn / late summer day trip. They have a tree-top walk and pagodas which is ace, but I also really appreciated the Sackler Crossing... a beautiful bridge designed by John Pawson. - Robin Howie
