This Ross is so gross. It's so busy and kids are screaming. I feel like I am at Last Chance. LoL
The longest lines ever, I left without purchasing anything because of it! The cashiers need to be faster.
Horrible customer service. As a long line formed they told people to form 3 lines so new people cut all the old people. Rude.
