Service was OK today. Coffee , milkshake and ice coffees all came to table staggered. Coffee was finished before ice coffees arrived. Great view over lake .
Despite a problem with our order the staff were genuinely apologetic and fixed the issue. Extremely friendly and good natured. Food was good too.
I had the vegetarian nachos . Delicious, filling and arrived very quickly!
Not sure when everybody else gets here to get the bad service and coffee , but at 10am on a Friday there's nothing to complain about. Good coffee here. in Fact, it's better than most of France's.

EXTREMELY slow service. I don't buy the "when it's busy" argument, if you have a certain number of tables, you should be able to serve them in a reasonable time.
Coffee isn't actually terrible anymore, switching to Toby's Estate has done them wonders
Drew to the waitresses attention that the tapas were expensive for the small amount of food on the plate. Then when we went to pay the owner was really obnoxious... We won't be going back

This place has been great since the new section opened. No problems with parking. The south piazza outside is a great option for food (takeaway & international)- some places are open late and byo. - Ellen Moore
