When we were still working on foursquare out of my apt, this place was where the very first "pop-up tip" actually worked ("At EV Tavern? Try the fries !") That's when I knew we were onto something good

Large selection of beers at good prices. Can be a little bit hit or miss, but they sometimes have some great finds on tap . The bar food is appropriately delicious and decadent.

I like how positively normal this bar is, especially for being in the East Village . And their sandwiches are surprisingly amazing

Great fries , friendly crowd , awesome trivia on Wednesdays. It's the kind of place where everyone knows your name.

Decent beer selection , very chill spot . Darts and pool. Food is bar fare. Looks good.

Happy hour is from 11-8pm. $5 beer , $7 wine , $6 well drinks and $7 sangria !!!!

The best American craft beer selection on Avenue C, but beware: this place abruptly turns into a dance club on weekend nights.

Mac & Cheese + Pulled Pork Sliders = delicious. Good selection of craft beers .

Awesome brunch ! $15 for great choices! Unlimited selection of drinks. Get the burger ! Bartender awesome.

Suitably relaxed and laid back . Great neighborhood bar experience.

Try the sproles. Request them fried, not grilled. Best sproles outside of Connecticut.
