Free WiFi , cute interior and friendly staffs . They also have delicious avocado toast ! However the matcha latte with oat milk was a little too grainy.
The Australian meat pie is good. They have vegetarian options like avocado toast . Dog friendly patio .

Salads and sandwiches ( get the one with Brie ) are great/ everything is made with the freshest ingredients - great place to meet locals !!
Free but slow WiFi . Latte was too watery. Almond croissant was good but they microwaved it instead of putting it in the oven, so the flakeyness was all gone :(
My favorite place in the Southbay. Amazing Greek yogurt , freshly cut fruit , and wild honey breakfast . Check out the "Domino" style house stuff too.
