I had my first bad experience here. I tried using my punch card for a free slice, the CSR tore it in half, over charged me (for 2 not 1 slice) and then didn't punch a new card for the slice purchased

The pizza was pretty. Probably a great place after having a few drinks.

No matter when I go in, the staff are completely indifferent to your presence. From having to repeat my order several times because of the music volume to bathroom key issues, it’s ridiculous.

The crust is great but the cheese and other toppings are lacking (even the sauce was spread thin). For the price, the pies are way too bready. If they corrected this, I'd probably order again.
