The folks in the menswear and dress shirts departments are very knowledgeable and helpful.
The only substantial water fountains in the mall are here in front of Macy's. During the Hechts era, there was a children's train here. Fountain is better for Feng Shui among other essential goodies.
They always have check in specials.... Stop by the Mac counter and buy a nice gift for the mayor ;)
The couches outside the fitting rooms are great to sleep on while your wife trys on clothes
