I've been taking my dog Luna to this location for grooming and bath almost 10 years now and I love the service and staff ! Never had any problems. My favorite groomers are Nicole, Nancy, & Erika!
Do NOT board your pets at the #1658 petshotel! My Shih Tzu was infected with dog flu. There was news coverage about the outbreak + petshotel closure. No one from the store informed me or warned me.

Dr. Robinette at Bansfield is GREAT! She loves my pup like he's hers. Always calls to check up on him post visits.
We picked our dog and she was covered in her own vomit, very dehydrated and wasn't eating. We took her to the ER for fluids and an infected hot spot she got when she was there. DON'T BOARD A DOG HERE.
Pet smart always say that they are booked , just walk in and your pet can get groomed .
Need fish help? Talk to Brandon or Michelle. They really know their stuff!
Love the store but certain sections are disorganized in terms of staff and I often wait for crickets ...

You will wait,even if there is no one else to see the 4 vets they have on staff here. They charge too much for nothing. Their advice is common sense, not the type I expect from a Vet or MD. Grade F---
