I saw their hamsters were green, when I asked an employee she said they spilled cleaning fluid on them. And they did nothing to clean them or help them. Disgusted by their pet care. Never going back.
They have the worst return policy of the 3 petstores. Only store credit for open food with a receipt? Petco and petsmart dont pull that crap!
