The perfume department can be smelled across the whole store.
Hard to find a worker who is either not having a personal convo with another worker or who is not actively walking away from you. A few special people are incredibly wonderful though.
Huge shoe dept!
Nice & clean
Just seems run down. Always have to wait in line even to pay a bill because they only have 1 person working the counter or no one at customer service.

Check in special was only 15% when I unlocked it, not 20% like it says
