The place is worth the try if you could get parking here.. They open early and the menu starts early.. The old hainan style.. Eat like a king in the morning.. Try the chicken rice , chicken chop etc

Hainanese Chicken Chop , need time to prepare but taste quite good. Worth waiting if you have time. Butter kaya toast is good too. Matches well with hainanese kopi.

Tried the famed hainanese chicken chop . While it's not exactly like the usual sour-ish Hainanese sauce like I'm used to, it's still super delicious! Chicken was crispy and juicy!

They serve great hainanese food and definitely a great spot for breakfast or brunch . Soft boiled eggs were cooked perfectly. Hainanese chic chop was kinda average to me. Can improve on the gravy .

An all time favorite among JB people. Tasty food & good service . The only downside is you may find it very difficult to get a table during crowded hours.

Ugh.... No queuing system... Have to fight for seats. Overall, good food. Love the cheese & kaya toast combine with half boiled egg , chicken chop is awesome, fried bee hoon is not bad too.

Best spot to have all day dining local style in downtown Johor Bahru. To experience nostalgic feel, ensure you grab seat at upper floor.

Nice old school kopitiam.Try avoid seating outside and get blocked by walls or pillars, the waiters will have hard time you are calling them.WIFI password need to get from the counter.

The chicken chop IS SO CRISPY !!!! Omg! So yummy! I love it so much! But the sauce is abit diluted until I don’t taste anything. Hmm

Nice dried mee.to ease the crowd a bit,they may need to designate a spot for customers to queue and allocate seat according to sequence by the queue.

The curry chicken (with bread or rice ) is quite value for money . Huge piece of chicken thigh for only RM9.90. Only on Sat & Sun. Kopi ais hits the mark too. Good stuff!

Chicken chop so much better than IT Roo cafe . Sorry to say. The skin is tastier the sauce is thicker and flavourful. Overall, it's a better dish.

Chicken chop is one of the best I've had in JB. Kaya butter toast is also above average.

Order the butter chicken as a side dish. The dish isn't too creamy and little bit spicy which makes it perfect!

If you want to have a nice kaya toast and coffee breakfast , I suggest Hua Mui kopitiam. Very popular Hainanese kopitiam in jb.

The toast not good. Toast bun even worse. 3/10 for the toast . 1/10 for the bun . Both with kaya (coconut jam ) and butter. Toast not crispy . Butter taste weird. Didnt try the fame hainese chic chop.

Only had the signature Hainanese chicken chop , and it's not my liking cos I don't like overly fried chicken . Will go again to try other dishes... The ambience at upstairs resembles to HK coffeeshop.

To be honest the coffee not as good as used to be but still much better from the rests and food wise they have great selections

Chicken chop is good, better than the ones served at Yut Kee in kl. however, do note that the waiting hour is very very long, we waited for almost an hour for our food.

The main course here kadang sedap, kadang x sedap. LOL but rotibakar forever awesome i tell youh!

Hainan chicken chop ! Very crispy and tasty:-) better than many other Hainan chops in the region. Worth a try:-) though price is not cheap . Can try their Hua mui noodle . Not bad too.

I like the food sometimes bt the only thing that makes me upset is the workers attitude. You can make a mistake with their decimal points in their menu but they r rude & ridicule you as a customer.

Everyone orders the chicken chop so be prepared for a 30 min wait!

Try to sit downstairs. If you sit upstair, they takes longer time to serve you and the food probably cold when serve. Hm

Recently re opened after renovation. New floor new paint new uniform. Same surly auntie. Haha. The food is still great though. Highly recommended.
