1819 grundade Nikolai Sinebrychoff bryggeriet i nordost, idag mera känt som KOFF. Bryggeriverksamheten här upphörde 1992 då den flyttades till Kervo. Aktivitet och avslappning i en härlig kombination.

1918 grundade Nikolai Sinebrychoff ölbryggeriet "KOFF" i tegelbyggnaden nordost om parken. Verksamheten flyttade till Kervo 1992. Sinebrychoffparken är populär för både avslappning och aktiviteter.
