I found a few good quality and cheap gowns here for a ball. Great place to look if you don't have the cash to spend 100s on a designer dress for one night.
Affordable and once in a while, you can come across with a gem for a bargain
Ross isn't what it used to be. Poor selection, smells like food and kids stuff thrown everywhere. Not coming back. Stick to TJ Maxx
