Slow service, but that's part of the Steak 'nShake experience. Never been to one with great service. Can't beat a greasy cheeseburger though ;)
Triple cheese with guacamole

Might as well go inside to eat, given that their drive thru takes at least twenty minutes to get one burger .
Matt is fantastic.. great service... Thank you.

I love the shakes !!!
Service is very slow, but can't beat the 4 for 4$! Also the servers are very very condescending.
Peanut butter shake
Good food as always.......
It us I about 30 minutes to get shakes and French fries . Very slow service!
Still takes the server 5-10 minutes to give you the food once it sits on the counter... Not the best service... :-(
Horrible service. They have messed up our order on two straight orders.
Slowest drive thru ever!!!
