One packet of sugar and some salt help bring the table salsa to life a little bit.

So, a soft taco had lettuce, ground beef and water. Yep, water dripping out. It was disgusting. The Martinsburg restaurant is very good. This one, on a busy Friday dinner , was disappointing.
