Patrick is one of the rare MOF : meilleur ouvrier de France = best French traditional worker awarded. Go without any doubt and taste his signature chocolate : green lemon in a half sphere chocolate .
Szechuan pepper one was very good. The lemongrass and mint is more lemon than mint
Great chocolate candied oranges and dark ganaches . Truffles are below expectations.
