Convenient location on the commute to Uptown Charlotte. Some of the baristas aren't the friendliest and I've witnessed them arguing with one another on more than one occasion.

The Caramel Crunch Frappacino is heavenly. As well as the highest caloric item on the drink menu. Oh well .

You can log on to AT&T Wi-Fi at this Starbucks. It’s free, and they also offer great local content on their Starbucks Digital Network

If you live close...it's easier to just walk...parking is a disaster. ..on a good day. Enjoy the Coffee !

This is a really small Starbucks. The outlets aren't all that abundant so you might out of luck plugging in if it is busy.

Not sure if an "Oh god" accompanied by an eye roll when placing my order is considered good customer service.

Baristas are kind and patient- made us feel right at home
