Get their HK waffle (雞蛋仔) with Earl Grey lavender ice cream drizzled with honey . Clever rebranding of the HK waffle , which they call "Puffle."

This place is so cool (no pun intended)! They use liquid nitrogen to make all their ice cream and their flavor combos are all unique! Staff is really friendly as well can't wait to try the whole menu!

Although the concept and the flavors are appetizing the ice cream itself is not flavorful. The sea salted caramel crunch tasted more like vanilla ice cream with a hint of caramel

Lovely flavors. Arguably the best ice cream in SoCal. Rose , vanilla , earl grey lavender are tasty. So is the puffle cone .

Okay I love the ice cream here but I came here with a friend the other night and the line was literally a good hour long. That's insane for ice cream . :/ I'll just go during the day if I want Cauldron

This was so good!! We got cookie butter !! With the puffy waffle cone ! The cone was my favorite

Ice cream that doesn’t taste like pure sugar! I’m one of those weirdos that doesn’t like overly sweet desserts and Cauldron’s ice creams are just the right amount of sweetness.
