The bed, tap water , bath, coffee , furnishings, view are all super. BUT, the internet WiFi is iffy on my two iOS devices. The TV is small, old and has a lot of analog channels (boo). Food is expensive .

Almost always stay here when I'm in Memphis. Usually a very good experience. This time in particular the room I stayed in had a cigarette-like, smokey smell. Not pleasant.

they have a great little courtesy shuttle that not only picks you up at the airport but also takes you to nearby restaurants/shops.

Got the room for $65 on Priceline. Super happy. Charging my card $50!for "incidentals" then not refunding it for 3 or 4 days is becoming common place I'll be bringing cash from now on.

The food is great. Shrimp salad dinner special :)

Here for a convention , they're renovating everything from room locks to the pool. Sadly no swimming . The higher the floor the better the room also.

Nice comfy rooms . Needs outlets next to bed. Most Hiltons have extra outlets in lamps for phones etc...

Room service .... Ribeye is spectacular.... Coffee not bad either!!!

There is an international youth convention here this weekend and the hotel really can't handle this many people. There are only 4 elevators for 27 floors.

Agreed, 10$ internet is lame and walls are paper thin: I just heard a guy sneeze in the adjacent room, I said "bless you"... he said "thank you"... we're cool now...bff.

The hotel has Sprint LTE coverage - screw the hotel wireless!

If in ballrooms , bring a coat!

Make sure if you have a pet with you when you check in that they see it. Otherwise they'll jerk you around and make you move to the basement . I won't be coming back here ever again.

Came to town for a bat mitzvah and booked a room that was part of a block of rooms. Hotel couldn't find our reservation and wouldn't allow us to stay when we showed up at 1am. Very poor cust service

Nothing really...paying for WiFi is ridiculous with the prices they charge for this run down hotel .

Pretty bad clam chowder and the breakfast is mediocre. The room is fine though, great bed, clean and big.
