Great rooms and the beds were super comfy ! I wish there was at least a fridge in the room, but overall a great experience! Super close to Bourbon St and the entire hotel staff was super nice
Excellent location on Canal & Bourbon , great service. For a nice view , stay on the lowest floor possible. Loved the relaxation kit that was left on my bed each day.
Excellent location, fridges can be added to room for $25, wifi $10/day, and valet parking is about $30/day. Frederico the concierge was fabulous and friendly !
Great place to stay...start of bourbon street and french quarters...also directly across the road from the street car stop
Nice hotel . Nice big lobby. Nice bar with chairs & tables next to lobby. Pool is closed in the winter. Very good location. Start of French quarter. Also next to street car stop .
Parking is 42+tax, but, you can park for 15/day 4 blocks away at gravier and o'keefe, which is where the valets will park your car.
Beds are comfy , hotel is clean in general, staff are friendly and most are knowledgable . Would be nice to have free wifi and for the pool to have been open. (Couldn't get in...?)
Fantastic location and very good price. Standard hotel , but you won't be spending much time in your room with how much NO has to offer.
In town for Final Four? AT&T Fan Zone will be the hottest spot at Bracket Town . Stop by 3/30/12 - 4/2/12 to play with the newest AT&T handsets, meet college coaches, shoot hoops, and win great prizes!
The hotel is very nice! Surprisingly, the staff especially around the main entrance can be a bit crabby.
Ask for a room in the front of the hotel (Canal street) if you want to get any sleep. Otherwise, you'll be up all night with the craziness of Bourbon st.
Yes there is no fridge , but they leave you such wonderful products to help you relax while on your trip and the rooms are nice
Nice hotel , very clean and nicely decorated. Wish there had been a fridge in the room. And paying for wi-fi always sucks, especially when it's slow wi-fi.
We checked in at 4 and our room wasn't ready until almost 5. Several outlets in our room don't work and the valet parking outside is pretty chaotic if you show up at typical check in times.
Great customer service. Beware of parking rates for your vehicle. 39.95 plus tax
Christine Morris, Director of Transient Sales was awesome and treated us like Royalty. True professional!
No complaints hotel was nice, cheap , and clean . Just like my women
Big hotel , good wifi . Conference lunch a little disappointing but good breakfast
Not much room to valet car and check in, causes some traffic so be patient ;)
Perfect location for FQ... lots of affordable eateries nearby and plenty of action around!! Let the good times roll!
Parking is valet-only and $31/day. You may consider parking elsewhere and walking back to the hotel .
The beds are raised at least 3 feet above the ground. Be prepared to do a little pole vaulting.
Take a swim in the world's smallest outdoor pool (located on the 3rd floor).
To the people complaining about lack of amenities , generally speaking, the nicer the hotel , the less freebies you get. I will add that the Internet is painfully slow but the room was nice.
Expensive WiFi , $22 a day!! But it's a good location to see the krewes during Mardi Gras
Everything about this place is janky.
Valet is hit or miss, but not worth the $31 Internets is $10 - which is annoying. A/C is incapable of properly cooling the room. Ridiculously few TV channels. Traffic getting to hotel ...Holy Hell!
There's still time to stop by the WorldPay booth for the New Orleans Career Fair . Stop by and say hello.
Great location! But then pillows were subpar and the bathroom was dated for a 4 star hotel .
I won't stay here even if a conference is scheduled at this location. I'd rather walk a few blocks away in the humid heat because ants have invaded my room back in 9/2013.
Bourbon House
I would never stay here again. Slow to check you in but early to try to make you check out. Ice machine on my floor didn't work & the outlets in my room were broke. Staff was nice but hotel raggedy.
The room was very nice however service less then par. Towels were forgotten by maid service, TV was broke, took 35 minutes for valet to retrieve our car, valet would not answer the phone to speed itup
Adequate, but noisy rooms. Good location.
For what I paid for the room, it was nice but I definitely would not consider it 4star.
Not a damn thing is good at this poor excuse for hotel . Worst front desk I've encountered. They accommodated no requests and didn't try to fix the air conditioning in our room. Fuck this place.
The executive lounge on the 4th floor is outstanding.
Great location for Mardi Gras. The three big parades come right by the hotel .
We have Mice in my room, if you sign the internet in the lobby it would work in the room
We will NEVER stay here again. You have to leave your car on Canal to Valet parking . There is no one to get your luggage. There were 4 bell hops standing around. It was over $30 to park . NEVER AGAIN
Great service!
Aweful hotel , lazy staff , smelly room. 1hour waiting valet to park my car, 2hours in the lobby waiting to check in.
And the continental breakfast is awesome
Definitely there's no such thing as a deep clean in the rooms
Don't bother making reservations . If you are not important enough they give it to someone else who is.
Worst hotel experience of my life. When I checked in the phone, iron, and coffee pot were broken. Ordered room service and was not delivered what I ordered, and more. Epic fail.
Two words: bed bugs
Very centrally located
Don't use hotel parking there are two parking garages behind the hotel on Iberville with much better rates.
Plan an early arrival for valet service . Traffic is heavy and their valet lots is five blocks away.
Pretty small gym, if you are interested in doing plyometrics (jump training, burpees, jump rope) FORGET IT. The ceiling is about 8 ft high. - Willie ttibroC
Great place to stay in NOLA. Close to the quarter and the staff is excellent. This is my 5th time staying and it's always good. - Brett Wheat-Simms
Great staff, central location, terrific grits. Makes life in the Quarter simple. - Victor Miller
Very classy hotel with great views of NOLA and a fantastic, convenient location. - Kaitlin
Beignets if you love sugar, and live jazz on street. Beautiful setting, great service/staff. - C S
Breakfast Buffet is delicious... and the Bourbon Milk punch is the best. - T Carter
Tried the chargrilled oysters, gumbo, and potato salad. They were amazing. - Jamie Clawson
