Their fried dim sum is good along with their rice flour wrapped dim sum (like steamed shrimp dumplings , noodle rolls, etc.). Stay away from their fried crab dumpling ...unless you like cream cheese .
The pan fried pork dumpling was light, with just a perfect sear. Not oily at all.
The salted egg yolk bun is highlight of my whole experience. Would not order the Xiao Long Bao if you already had high standard from Din Tai Fung's
Excellent birds nest , crispy shrimp , chive dumplings , and other stuff.
