This plc has everything except the most important thing us mommy's need which is CHILD CARE!!!!! A lot of mom's like myself cannot come here as much as we would like to due to our children. Hopeful
Gym staff & trainers are very friendly & helpful. Tanning , massage chairs/bed, showers , plus workout equipment is GREAT!!!!!! Clean environment.

Very friendly staff , no need to have a contract, nice machines and ambient.
Static stretching (holding a stretch for 10secs) is shown to hinder your strength. Instead, try dynamic stretching (quick, short bursts)

Don't forget to stretch for at least 10mins
Remember lift with your back and hyper extend your knees!
