Their highly prized cans make this Belgian monastic inspired brewery notorious. Specifically, for the IPAS they swore they would never make when they initially opened. 😂

Tasting room is open Thursday - Sunday and carries about ten beers on tap , from blondes like Oblate to Belgian pale ales like Altar Boy, to Saisons like Floriason and amber ales including Red Table. Read more

Have been to Monkish three times. This last visit was the best one yet. Had an assortment of unfiltered IPA 's & sours. All were delicious.

Jordache Jeans is one of the smoothest and tastiest Dbl-IPAs I have tasted... Caffe Della Vita is another great triple. You can't go wrong with anything her!

The queue is there for a reason. Excellent Belgian styles complemented by fabulous IPAs , which they originally swore never to brew. Anomaly & Feminist are definite go-tos. Nothing beats Monkish.

Follow the brewery on Instagram and drive down when they have their special beer releases . Great beer sells out quickly at Monkish. It’s all good!

The line out the door is there for a reason. Fantastic quality - get a sampler if you have time, but all beers tried were fantastic.

They have a lot of beers on tap and in cans. Talk to the bartender for recommendations. This place was built on Belgian beers now they focus mostly on IPA and hazys . Cheers!

Cheap prices, plenty of parking , and fresh pizza . Easy to miss from the street, but definitely worth the visit with some pals. You get a decent amount of beer with the sampler, so shoot for that

Foggier Window is great if they have that. Don’t love their TIPAs and some below that disappoint too relative to the brewery’s hype. Great beers all told, somewhat unexceptional space

Well crafted Belgian style beers . Hoppish, Triumphish and Shadowboxing were great and they use restraint on the flavorings.

Known for their hazy IPAs . Food truck available outside daily, but pretzels are always free inside! Beware of beer release days; the lines and brewery will be packed.

They invite a local food truck to serve up grub on Fridays and Saturdays. Check their twitter or just call to find out who it is.

It has been crowded . Just in case, bring a folding chair and chill by the back door if the spot is open.

Feminist is a must try, and they have plenty of seating in the warehouse .
