Helpful staff and a great selection of outdoor gear . Parking is sometimes a little tough but there are usually spots near the back.
A lot of options for those who like to get out and explore. No matter how experienced you are or are not ask one of the staff and they will help point you in the right direction.

Every employee at REI in Brentwood that I've been helped by is incredibly helpful, and either an expert on the topic in question, or willing to get one.

They have vibram...only store I've found that does! So glad! They'll even size you too if you aren't sure.

Your standard Big box outdoor shop. Friendly people and good advice, but high prices. Nothing special, but never a bad service. I do prefer REI over Dicks and most other big box adventure stores.
Customer service is great, and this location is pretty big!
