Fun place to go when you have nothing else to do. Everything costs a lot so it's nice to check out often and not buy anything.

They are not that genius there. A lot of time for an appointment. Waiting for 30 minutes to get called, another 60 minutest to check your computer and 2 days to say that you need to leave it there

Call ahead and make an appointment for the Genius Bar so you don't have to wait.

Ask for a guy name Daniel G. He is super helpful and knows his stuff.

Understaffed = bad service. Greeter called for help to answer my mom's iPad mini questions; waited 10 minutes for no one. People walked in & cut in on occupied reps; I did the same & was told to wait.

Go here when you're bored to play with things you can't quite afford yet.

Long waiting times, inattentive staff , and inappropriate store policies that are inconsistently rattled off as excuses for poor service.

This Apple store has the. WORST customer service EVER. I waited 20 minutes to get a one word answer. Yelp reviews are scathing....and accurate. Avoid this location at all costs

Seriously people don't call it an iTouch... It's an iPod Touch.
