Pitcher & Piano

Set within a deconsecrated church in the Lace Market, Pitcher & Piano Nottingham is truly iconic. Stained glass windows, church candles, vintage bric-a-brac and cosy Chesterfields… we could spend all day in this bar.

Great outdoors and indoor seating. Serves drinks and food. Internal design is charming! Great for groups

Amazing decor! Come for it alone. And our waiter was very attentive though it was early on a Monday evening. The food was good, not great, and the French tart cocktail was delicious though got watery.

Beautiful Building with great cocktails what do you want more? Just Go with your awesome friends and this place would sound more authentic .

Rick Nijhuis

Food is just OK but the bar has a great selection of import beers on tap and the space itself (former church ) is stunning!

Jamie Shaw

It's a bar in a church , and it's beautiful – what more can be said? Well , the actual bars can be a bit small, crowded and get busy fast. Some bar staff are confused by common cocktail recipes.

Blondie

One of the best venues I've ever been. Though the coctail list looks very promising, the bartenders dont know how to do them - shame.

Carl Griffin

Very strange to be drinking in an old church . A must visit.

Dave Scotford

One of my favourite places in Nottingham. A great building and just a generally nice place to spend a night out!

Tuğba Güven

Amazing place. Mexican burger is delicious. The staff are perfect. Highly recommended.

James Devonport

Very theatrical bar , an old converted church . The bar is where the alter was - very cool.

Lovely atmosphere with live music in a beautiful old church , let down by slow service and mediocre menu choices. Bailed out before even ordering.

Peter Gilbert

Fantastic use of the church building ! Slightly expensive drinks though.

Please, try to appreciate the significance of dishwashing liquid and use it when you clean the glasses which look so filthy.

David Chung

Nice setting, the place is a former church building .

Mark Wright

Still a great place to meet

Try the "grazing" menu, 3 dishes between 2 people was perfect for lunch & a bit of variety

Alessandro Catanese

Alex Papadopoulos

Lovely atmosphere and design!

So Ma

Unique environment, quite high profile, a bit too crowded on weekends

Andy McMillan

Jesus H, the music here is atrocious. It's entirely possible they're piping it in from Guantanamo Bay .

John Bush

Good beer and food in a church !

Kevin McCulley

Beautiful building , wonderful atmosphere

Justin Donne

I'm not religious, but this is sacrilege. Mostly because there's nothing exceptional to eat or drink here. So go ahead, commit your sins.

Ed Woodcock

The upstairs is for private hire and events only.

Kyriakos G. ???? ????
