German‘s best pulled pork , done by a chef who was trained in a 3 Michelin star restaurant . Small joint but worth the trip if you like bbq .

The ribs weren't fall-off-the bone tender. They still had a bit of chew and texture to them, which I quite enjoyed. All that collagen breaking down, a wonderful smokiness and a well-balanced sauce.

Very good food, very nice owner and cool setup. Try the pulled pork & don't miss the home made ice tea !

Toller Service, cooles Konzept, leckeres Essen. Genialer Cole Slaw und die Chips mit Rub sind gigantisch!

Coole Location mit guter Musik . Das Fleisch zerfällt wunderbar und hat einen klasse Geschmack.

Pulled Pork super, brisket sehr gut. Leider alles nur im Brötchen und nicht als Probierplatte. Leider keine Beilagen ... Aber dafür, dass der Laden erst aufgemacht hat, ganz gut mit Luft nach oben!

Erst ein paar Tage offen. Turkey probiert und für gut befunden. Hier ist aber noch Luft nach oben. Wir kommen wieder. ????.

Hier gibts pulled pork , brisket und turkey im Roggen- oder Brioche-Brötchen. Mit 7,50 Euro fand ich die Variante mit Pulled Turkey etwas zu teuer . Geschmeckt hat es aber gut.

Das Reuben Pastrami Sandwich ist sehr lecker, aber mit 10 Euro zu teuer . Pulled Pork ist auch gut und Preis-Leistung etwas besser (7,50 €)

Keine große Auswahl aber eine leckere Alternative zu Burger und Co.

Leckeres American BBQ

Rindfleisch zu trocken, zu wenig Soße , Brot so la la. Da hab ich schon besser auf Streetfoods. Dazu dann Preis-Leistung stark überteuert für die verhältnissmäßig recht kleinen Dinger.
