Spent $25k on a home theater by Best Buy Sterling Magnolia. Extremely disappointed with customer service. Due to "internal process and liability issues" I had to contact the mfr and handle on my own!

It normally opens at 11 on sundays, but opens earlier during the holidays.

They recycle computer components and TVs up to 32" for no charge.

If you're looking for customer service, this Best Buy isn't it

Better selection at this Beat Buy; but MUCH better service at the Leesburg branch

This is one of the poorest Best Buys I've ever been in. :(

Horrible customer service. I needed my brand new laptop fixed and they ended up having to give me a new one. They tried to give me a used open box laptop. I don't think so!!

Skip the bestbuy mobile, go to another bestbuy. This customer service is awful.

They are still good for something. I bought compressed air and bright color rubber luggage tags.

Not many iPhone 4 cases here.

Refused to accept my frayed apple power cord despite having the receipt after having it only 6 months. Brought it to the apple store and got a prompt exchange.
