The hot chocolate is very nice and at a reasonable price for the quality.
Robotic staff . Why do the staff at Costa always seem miserable? Go to the Starbucks round the corner - you'll get a better coffee and you'll get a much nicer welcome.
There's a disabled toilet off to the left that's handy if you have a buggy.
