Peacock Island

The small island kept its fairytale character over the centuries . A special feature: the free-roaming peacocks and some water buffalo , which act as natural lawn mowers. Wonderful for taking a walk.

Worth to visit for sure! I loved it! Blending with nature and some animals also the wannsee and sailors, cool place! After a long walk there, try some deserts at the cafe near ferry

Ok, that castle looks like it was last maintained when this part was still in West-Berlin. Nice island for a walk around peacocks though. The "liegewiese" is a great spot to relax and have food!

A nice small island where you can spot some peacocks , water buffalos , different chicken and maybe even some deer. The trails in the nature are pretty nice, a good place for a day trip.

Amazing scenic view , a stroll through the park , take a small lunch package if you want to stretch your stay. Crossing by ferry is 4euro

Bring with you some fresh fruit to get the peacocks to come up close, they're aren't shy.

Perfect spot for a romantic picnic or to relax at the waterfront . Only to reach via ferry .

Spaziergang

Wir waren das letzte mal ca. 2 Stunden vor der letzten Fährfahrt, um 19.00 Uhr muss man von der Insel , dort und das war einfach wunderschön ruhig und entspannt.
