The brisket in its name is lean but a little tough compared to places like Gatlin's or Goode and Co. Their sauce is outstanding though.
Good BBQ . Not a big fan of the BBQ sauce they give on request at the kitchen, though. If you must have BBQ sauce , try the new sweeter sauce at the condiment station.
