Truck Stop Nachos are worth your time. Bloody Maria and Chaparral Punch were tasty. Green Eggs should more aptly be named Green Egg . If you’re hungry, add a taco .

Truck stop nachos are the bomb. You can also get them with chicken if you ask.

The ceviche is better than you’d think! If you have to wait for your table, there’s an awesome bar in the basement with great cocktails .

The fire chicken tacos are the must-have item. Don't be scared by the name. They're fire because of the flavor not the spice.

Really great margaritas and cocktails . The guacamole and Truck Stop Nachos are solid as well . Tacos were just ok.

The Blue Diamond Old Fashioned is yummy, as is the Truck Stop Nachos , Baja Fish taco and Tuna Tostada .
