Lifts are noisy and I have a sea view room ! That's the only bad thing. Everything else is as a Holiday inn . LED TVs / nice bathrooms .
Friendly staff and clean rooms ! What more can you ask for.
Night mare stay at Holiday Inn Brighton ‘ Graveyard property’. Rude and aggressive staff , poor quality rooms, third class service. Outdated Property shouldn’t have been in IHG portfolio.

Not the greatest holiday inn , but a great location. Parking is limited and £18/ night. Make sure you join the priority club for reward points.
Such a shame IHG group property. Walking graveyard. Rude staff , stone faced manager who blocked my eligible upgrade as an elite member. Broken bed, screeching and hanging wardrobes, stained sink top.
Where do they find TVs that old? Very tatty rooms!
Very noisey hotel . Avoid room 107 & 108 next to trade lift . Constant humming and banging all night. Poor hotel
Other reviews said not good wish I'd read them before booking in. Just massively underwhelmed but overpriced. Try Alfresco over road great staff , food and service. Sadly no rooms.

Completely overpriced. Noisy lifts and slamming doors throughout the night, towels were literally threadbare. Total rip-off.

Burgers are great. Nachos disappointing - def not worth adding £3 for tiny bit of beef. Crispy wings are tasty - but come with a blob of buffalo sauce, way short of being real buffalo wings! - James Mayes

Great for shopping. With over 10 shops which offer 10% or more discount for students. The food hall on the top floor is great for a quick lunch. - Ami Kitch
