Tartare mixed with 1 oyster : their signature dish, interesting to taste. Best is the fries fried in goose fat!

Desserts are ok, not at the level of the starters and dish. Still a great dinner , many wine choices and great service !

Starters are really good and refined : we had foie gras and seafood (couteaux)
