Amazing soup-less ramen . There is some liquid at the bottom that you mix with other toppings on the table. Stir it up and eat it. Great for the summer when you don't want to drink soup .

Soupless noodle , spicy one is great. Cannot speak Japanese, never used machine to select and pay, staff was super helpful, showed me pictures of add-on, happy with the whole experience.

Soupless Ramen , I guess less calories. The extra set is worth the money to get more elements in your bowl :)

I ordered the first option adding bamboo and an egg . The sauce didn't have a lot of flavor and noodle portion was too big.
