Atmosphere is down to earth. Waitress was great! She wasn't overbearing, but she made sure we were taken care of. Alcoholic drinks are expensive (I drank one Piná Colada was $8.00). Food was alright.
The best deal is that Harbor Inn puts a $25 certificate on restaurant.com for about $2 (during the 1 or 2 weeks of every month that they are 80% off).

Avoid the oysters ; mine tasted metallic. Fried scallops were good and waitstaff very friendly .
