There is water aerobics, which is really rare to find in a gym in London.

Free wifi not working yet again, no sky sports 1, 2 or 3 on the personal tvs again. Steam rooms in spa and male changing rooms were luck warm today.

Paul's 1 hour cycling class on Friday evenings. Killer workout.

After one time coming to try and use the Ospa salon, I won't be back. Parent unfriendly, no communication, customer service or flexibility.
