They come out every few minutes to see if you are here for your appt - hard to hear so sit close to the door

BJ Dyer

Register first at www.goes.gov, then make an appointment to finish your registration here in person. Pictures & fingerprints & notarized signatures and you're god to go. I LOVE this!!

Ashley Mowrey

Pro tip: refresh the calendar repeatedly while you watch YouTube, then you will get a same day or next day appointment . Do not try to drop in on a Saturday. Do not do that.

Richard Chen

After your interview, ask to use the demo kiosk. If you can demonstrate competency, they might let you skip the 10 min video.

Vilas .

And they opened up Saturday-Sunday appointments in November 2014...hope it continues and other centers follow their example

Han

It's right next to the Travelex, and there is a banner next to it. Park in Intl Garage G on Level 3.

Karl Stephen Flores

Walk-ins is 2-5 hours wait up to 12hrs they open 7:30am-7pm..better get an appointment online.

John Chang

When they ask about "international travel", they don't actually care about your life abroad. Their definition of "international" means strictly "involving US borders."

Bruce Clarke

But their appointments are running 4 months out right now. So if you want to do this, start early.

Kurt H

Call if you need an appointment sooner. If they've had last-minute cancellations, they'll work you in!

Mark Bauer

Very efficient. Took me right on time, out the door in 10 minutes!

Crystal Warner

They really mean it when they say appointment only!

Stacy Pearce

If you're lucky they will answer the phone at SFO

Stacy Pearce

Why they are staffed so well in ABQ? I can get an appt tomorrow in ABQ. Yet I have to wait over TWO MONTHs for an appt in SFO! Someone is getting paid way too much to poorly manage the demand.

Stacy Pearce

They do NOT accept Walk Ins. I walked by once and saw TWO people waiting. Went back about 30 minutes later and saw FOUR people waiting.

Kitty Ngo

Still no walk-ins!! =(
