Love the vibe of this place — somehow both European and Latin American. Oh and definitely go for the red sangria ! It has a great orange flavor .

Fresh and delicious guac w/warm (possibly made on the spot tortilla strips ) and steak frites was perfect w/wonderfully garlicky chimichurri on the side and crisp well salted fries . We'll be back!

The vibe at Zona Sur is New American and reflects Italian, Central and South American influences. The most popular dishes so far are the huevos rancheros and chicken torta .

Owner/Chef Ruiz is a master of his craft. The food and service are excellent. Macchiato , Chicken Torte and the Tiramisu is a win/win.

Nice place with European spirit. Very relaxing atmosphere , good service and good food. Was happy to find it in this neighborhood .

Brunch yesterday w/egg torta , English muffin Sammy, oatmeal , & egg special. Food was tasty. Eggs were poached great. The bad: not kidding when I say it took around 45 min to be served. No idea why.

Cheddar chive biscuit ! Ask them to warm it up, its better. Free wifi . Chill music . Sunset Park is on its way for sure.

Charged $16 for a salmon Benedict special was eh, la Colombe coffee was not as good as I've had in the city- pretty basic nothing special, won't come back- nice atmosphere though
