One of London’s oldest and most famous coffee shops , Bar Italia has been a Soho institution since 1949. Now owned and run by the grandchildren of original owners.

Best coffee in London , and most definitely my favourite bar anywhere. Good prices, lovely staff , it's just a great place. Tip: Listen to Pulp's Bar Italia whilst there. Magical!

Excellent late night traditional italian coffee shop. Espresso is a must have in this joint. Interior is old school rustic Italian...has a good feel to it.

Make sure you get in at least 2 hours before an Italian football game if you want to have a good spot. They will give you a bracelet once your spot is reserved .

Great for sitting outside at the pavement tables and having pizza and wine . Good spot for people watching , and popular place as a motorbike meetup spot.

The attic of 22 Frith St was once the laboratory of inventor John Logie Baird. In 1925 a passing officer-worker was asked for help, and found himself making history as the first person on television !

I think it's fair to say one of the best Italian coffees in town . Great after a night out in Soho. Open till late!

When you're all messed up in the wee hours with no place to go: Bar Italia, which is really more of a café . Deserves a medal of honour for being one of the few establishments open past 3am in London.

One of the best cups of coffee in London ! Sure it's not the cheapest, but why waste £2 on rubbish in Starbucks when you can invest £3 on a great cappuccino in Bar Italia. Primavera Pizza is fab too

Ridiculously surly, unappreciative service (unless you're Italian maybe?) but still an institution and a great spot to hang out in...especially in the wee hours of the morning. Coffee not hot enough..
