Such an incredible workout class . Love to peddle out the daily problems while listening to crazy awesome music . Be prepared to hoot, holler, and cry. Bring socks!
After my first ride I was completely hooked. I ride three to four times a week and each ride is different than the next. Ride with all the instructors and find the one that's right for your style.
Clean , bright and spacious Soul location with friendly staff ! If you are already a Soul fanatic you won't be disappointed!
Sal's the best! Limited showering/changing facilities at this one.
