Nice and light before movie ... Rice paper roll , with prawn or vegetarian , quick meal . If you already late for movie at dandy
Cheapest around, since always. May not be tastiest but every single thing on the menu is at least serviceable. Unlike happy chef down the road they dont charge you $20 for a seafood beancurd hotpot !
Cheap delicious Vietnamese. Rice paper rolls a bit bland but pho and vermicelli are great
Fresh beef pho and rice paper rolls are easily the best. Not a big fan of the tomato rice ...
Best salt and pepper squid . Everytime I eat here with a group I pay less than $15 and stuff myself with half a dozen different tasty dishes!
Great pho , the easiest and yummiest of all the fast food groups. Try the simple fresh beef pho...delicious!!!
The prawn rice paper rolls are a meal in themselves. Always yummy and fresh.
Not really good and small portions, price has also increased quite a bit in the last years
Best salted & spicy squid in the entire world- not a healthy choice though :-p
Best fresh spring rolls n amazing seafood laksa
Decidedly average. Not offensive, but wouldn't recommend any of the standard staple dishes we had (pho , vermicelli , spring rolls ). We'd go for any of the Marrickville viet places over this any day.
The fresh beef pho is the best sub-$10 meal on King St, hands down.
I always order the laksa . Cheap and never fails to hit the spot
Try the beef in pepper sauce with tomato rice . It's divine!
Good, cheap and fork.
Sweet merciful Pho !
The most non-vegetarian friendly place in all of Newtown. Everything has chicken or beef stock and the only thing they said I could eat was Singapore Noodles !
Good laksa .
Coming from someone who knows pho - easily the worst pho in Sydney. Who puts breast chicken and carrots in pho ? Broth - poor form.
Newtown's best viet pho soups . Healthy & cheap too...
Not like Bankstown or Cabra but it's close to home.
Fix the bloody door!
Terrible food and terrible service, would not recommend and will never be back.
Not "the best" but still tasty & super cheap
Two thumbs up for the Banh mi! Can't go wrong with either the roast pork with crackling and green apple or the caramelised pork belly slow-cooked in coconut water, yum! - Eleanor Sum
Get the standard pho - it's more than enough! The nest spring rolls are great too! - Estie
Crispy skin chicken and tomato rice with salad and a broth. All for $12. I'll be back! - Helen Bateman
Love they have a Bar!! Very surprised, great quality cinema, very clean and new feel. - Toby Cornwell
Green Papaya salad and Fresh King Prawn and scallop with chilli jam, shallots and basil. - Michael Field
Great value for money to get your toiletries n supplies from here :) - Andrew Tan
