Tex-Mex by way of Utah. Menu is hit-or-miss. Killer apps include grilled chicken salad and pork burrito . Aguas frescas are incredible, especially mint limeade .

The food is way better than Chipotle, I think. And the Taco Tuesday special can't be beat. Fast and delicious. And they offer fresh cilantro !!! Yum!!!

Great queso , amazing sweet.barbacoa, and the best horchata ! I got a sample of tres leches at the end and that was some of the best I've had. Great new spot!

Get the sweet barbacoa burrito . It is a little sweet, so I order it cover in queso cheese to balance it out. The guacamole is good too!

If you have a craving for Mexican in this area for a quick to-go lunch , this is not a bad option (though I wouldn't say "great...). Cafeteria-style like Chipotle & Qdoba, slightly more $, less variety

Even if you're gluten free , the made-on-premises flour tortillas might be worth the after effects. They are SO good!!

Pork Barbacoa salad with the house dressing ! Nom nom nom! Not as good as the ones in Salt Lake City , but still oh so delicious!

Anything with the Barbacoa pork is delicious. You can't go wrong.
