They've tightened up the ship, this time everything went smooth with the repair. Highly recommend a trip to Baby Yogurt while you wait.
Super busy all the time, and the genius bar is filed with idiots. Do sine research on your Apple product before coming in!
Go to the Greenwich Ave store. You don't have to pay (or pay as much) for parking and you can actually get an appointment, even just an hour in advance. Westchester can be booked for days.
Andrew at the genius bar is very helpful. Took out a stripped screw and installed a new hard drive for me (which there not allowed to do)

This store is packed, especially on the weekends. Come early in the morning and beat the crowd.
Pretty packed even on weekdays. Make appt online and be prompt! They make you wait but they have no qualms a/b giving your time slot to someone else if you're not physically there on time
Seems like they get easily overwhelmed when the crowds surge, they couldn't find my phone that was repaired, but it all ended up fine.

Parking too expensive , 5$ for 30 minutes. Would rather go to Greenwich Apple store. More helpful, and less sales tax. Overall better experience at Greenwich .

Sister's Iphone 6 was overheating & takes blurry photos. Visited this store Oct. 14, 2015 & was told it was all normal without them checking the phone. Verizon found the phone defective. Bad service!

Best food court meal by far is Shiraz Kabob House. Grilled-to-order kabobs, falafel, etc. Fresh and delicious, and even relatively healthy! - Amy
Pay by the hr parking here. If you get caught going over your time, its a flat 10 dollar extortion fee from the shitty of White Plains. There is a Target, a B&N, A great shoprite,its huge and others. - Eugene L
