Huge improvement over the old lounge . Bigger, calmer, food is edible. Ambience is nice, showers on bottom floor and even some relaxation rooms for naps.

Awesome lounge . One of the best generally, and top of the list in the US. Brand new, great food and facilities. Service at the bar can be a little slow, but no issue. Restaurant is on the small side.

This is a glorious lounge with excellent food, drinks, showers , workspaces . The bar is truly pretty. Don’t be a dummy at take work calls in the one social spot. Go to the phone zones

Certainly the best lounge United has ever had - loads of seating options (most with plugs), lovely big bar , plenty of ok food plus a restaurant . Must be flying Biz Class for entrance

Huge two level lounge , with variety of food and drink, but can get extremely busy during prime time. Dining Room is too small for United’s major hub to Asia.

Just one of the best lounges worldwide! Amazing dining and lots of space. Showers , quiet rooms…. Just perfect!

Comfortable seats and plentiful access to charging points. WiFi could be improved though for someone looking to get some work done while transiting.

The restaurant isn’t great but it is free. Fortify yourself before heading to the bar and onward to your destination.

This used to be a complete dump , but now it’s an elegant lounge with a good bar , fast wifi , and half-decent food

Phenomenal lounge

In the back on the second floor is a sit down waiter service restaurant for free. Not so bad.

They have a restaurant type food area but the service is so bad and so slow. Only come here if you have lots of time to kill.

Decent food, but so crowded , not a single available seat.

Just poorly run. Super unfriendly workers. Needs new leadership and a reboot for sure.
