MMC Emergency Department

I remember 2yrs ago, I commended the receptionist @the lobby 4 d xclent cust.service. Never thought that I wud get the same at the ER's billing section. Service is five star!!

Staff are very polite and caring sila if your feeling something you feel ..

The staff are nice. The service though is a bit slow, i guess they have a process to follow!

Me and my husband were so disappointed yesterday! We will surely never be back to this hospital for our son's immediate condition. Poor customer service, lack of staff , and unfriendly doctors ! ????????????

They have the rudest and slowest staff ! Walang customer service! These people must really hate their jobs.
