I love tea and vegetarian Asian food , so this place is great for people like me. Have the seitan stir fry . If it's Monday, try the okonomiyaki . Beware the teapots designed to spill everywhere.

Marcia Chatelain

Ginger scones , THE salty oak cookie with chocolate , the salmon and naan sandwich , and the shrimp noodles are great. Breakfast rocks with the waffle and the chicken sausage .

Byron Johnson

The Tea at Teaism is amazing and varied. Black, Green, and White teas . Asian/India/N.African menu. Great atmosphere with the best classic Jazz tunes playing.

Stephanie Yeung

Ginger scones are great, and my favorite salty oat cookie variety is the chocolate chip pecan !

Alexandra Sternin

The tea selection is really great, fan of golden monkey and oolongs. Their dishes are really nice, everything from cookies to hot plates.

Will Budreau

Loving the "trash or treasure" concept - keep food out of the dumpsters AND paying them for it! Yum!

Cheapism

Everyone comes to get the salty oat cookies ($1.95), but the Bento boxes ($8.75) have a little more substance. Of course they have lots of tea iced or hot. They even use tea to flavor their salmon . Read more

They list "fresh" ginger ale on the menu- which I read as made in house. Sorely mistaken when I was handed a bottle of Bruce Cost Gingerale, made in Brooklyn.

Sara Sloyer

Preaching to the choir , but you MUST try one of their life-changing salty oat cookies . And their chicken udon soup is perfect when you're under the weather!

If you've overdone the salmon bento box and are looking for variety, the thai chicken curry with crisp veggies and brown rice will satisfy your tastebuds.

Vilma

Get the salmon ochazuke. They give you a pot of green tea with it that you pour on top to make a soup . But ditch the wasabi . I like spicy food but it overpowers this dish.

Niki Papadogiannakis

Bento boxes are awesome. Come with friends, get a couple pots of tea and share.

Sera Kim

The chai shake is delicious and so is the salmon bento box !

Katarina Katsma

Their "Japanese food " isn't actually Japanese, but some sort of a twist. However all their tea is fantastic!

kyla Ell

There is nothing better than hot jasmine green tea and a scone by the window.

Eric

This is the original store. It looks like it has a smaller menu, but it's more of a space issue!
