My husband and I have been coming here for 3 years, and we almost always have excellent service. Give logan's a chance!

Ask for Darren. great friendly service . I know getting a good server is key to a good experience at Logan's.

Go on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. You can get two meals off their BOGO menu. (: Love the veggie skewers !

Terrible service! Waited for 7 minutes without seeing a server, found someone and ASKED her to send us a server, waited 3 more minutes, and still NO server! We walked out. SKIP THIS PLACE

If you get Ethan as your server just ask for another one, he screwed up our appetizer and both entrees. Very rude and poor serving skills. He maybe said 3 words to us the entire time. Worst server!!!!

Good food but horrible service. Shreveport can screw up any restaurant chain.

Don't eat here. Worst service ever. We've been here an hour, only had one refill, just got out salads . Entree is no where to be found.....

Thirty minutes and still haven't gotten drink orders. Terrible service!!! Going somewhere else!
