Great place, great food and friendly/helpful staff . If there is a big wait, ask for a table outside , we got a table straight away! It is actually charming outside when the weather is nice!

Got lucky and my individual pizza took less than 20 minutes. Combined pepperoni , sausage and onions for an amazing mouthgasm!! The onions are perfectly sliced and THAT does make a difference.

Excellent pizza ! Just wish the tables were a little bigger :o/ In response to a few comments about the wait, it is worth it! And if you have kids, bring a few table snacks/activities for the wait.

Great deep dish pizza ! A must-do in Chicago! Blue Moon beer is also good! A bit cold/windy inside - so make sure you get a proper seat.

It was neat eating at the place that claims the first deep dish in Chicago, but after having other deep dishes , I can say this isn't the best in Chicago.

Their deep dish , four-cheese pesto & tomato that is out of this world. The weekend wait at East Ohio and Due on Wabash is out the door with tourists , though. No waiting during the weekdays!

They have awesome “pizza’s”. The UNO is great! But they will fill your stomach easily so do not order too large!!

or its brother Due are the inventors of Deep dish pizza . I love the chunky tomato sauce they use and this original can not be touched in terms of tradition. This is a great pizza if you go deep dish .

If you're used to the franchise version of Uno's, the pizza here is less greasy and has a more tomato-y sauce… but takes twice as long to make for you, so you get it 45 mins after you order. Worth it.

The pizza is the authentic deep-dish. The ambience is cozy , though the place it's too crowded and the wait for a table is big.

There is no reservations so you should get there, order your deep dish pizza and wait until a table or seat in the bar is available. The “wait process” is not as terrible as it seems.

My favorite of the three deep dish places I tried. Get a cold beer to wash it down. Plenty of toppings! YUM

I came three years ago and the pizza was fantastic. This time, it was dissapointing. The sauce was tasteless. I think that they're making no effort since they're famous already and people come anyway.
